IceMoves Terms of Use

IceMoves ("the app") is a figure skating tracking app for personal skaters and coaches. By using IceMoves, you agree to these Terms of Use.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

IceMoves is licensed to you under the Apple Standard End-User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using the app, you agree to the terms of that agreement.

Subscription Terms

IceMoves offers an optional Pro subscription with the following terms:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal Pricing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Use of the App

You agree to use IceMoves only for its intended purpose of tracking figure skating progress and managing skating-related information. You are responsible for all data you enter into the app.

Data and Privacy

Your use of IceMoves is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored on your device and synced via your personal iCloud account.

Disclaimer

IceMoves is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. The app is a training aid and should not replace professional coaching or medical advice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
